Operate · Protect · Improve

After launch, the website still has a process owner.

AERIX Care puts maintenance, hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and development into one agreed operating model. The client knows what is included, where a request goes and how it is prioritised.

Business outcome

Continuity instead of reacting only after an outage

A well-operated website has a known owner, a current technical state and a controlled way to ship changes.

01

One place for accountability

Requests, priorities, change history and decisions do not disappear in private messages or between several suppliers.

02

Lower technical risk

Monitoring, backups, updates and deployment control reduce detection time and support safe recovery.

03

Growth without a restart

A standing backlog improves content, SEO, conversion and functions iteratively, using evidence and genuine needs.

Fit

Who AERIX Care is for

The plan is a natural extension of an AERIX delivery. We can also take over another site after a technical audit and access clean-up.

  • the website is an active sales or customer-service channel
  • the team regularly publishes, changes the offer or runs campaigns
  • nobody internally owns updates, backups and monitoring
  • small improvements should not require a new project every time
  • AERIX should manage hosting under explicit migration rules
  • the website and the social channels should speak with one voice

Scope

A scope matched to risk and change frequency

Not every plan includes everything. The proposal names the pool, request channel, maintenance windows, hosting parameters, backups, monitoring and any SLA.

Scope 01

Managed hosting

Infrastructure, deployment, technical domains, SSL and configuration — where included.

Scope 02

Monitoring

Availability, application errors, certificates, core performance signals and alerts.

Scope 03

Backup & recovery

Schedule, retention, location and restoration procedure defined for the project.

Scope 04

Updates

Dependencies, CMS, security fixes, controlled deployments and regression checks.

Scope 05

Changes & growth

Hour pool, backlog, priorities, comments and a history of completed requests.

Scope 06

Reporting

Service state, completed work, plan usage and the next risks and opportunities.

Process

Care begins by clarifying accountability

Taking over a site without understanding access, backups and dependencies merely transfers risk. Onboarding is therefore a separate, closed stage.

  1. 011–3 days

    Inventory

Domain, hosting, repository, accounts, licences, backups and owners.

  2. 023–7 days

    Technical onboarding

Access, monitoring, backup, environments, alerts and baseline state.

  3. 03monthly

    Care & backlog

Updates, requests, development and priority communication.

  4. 04periodic

    Review

Report, risk, plan usage and recommendations for what comes next.

Transparent operating rules

Two hosting models. The domain and data still belong to the client.

Clients may keep infrastructure in their own account or ask AERIX to manage hosting. Our engagement terms explain access, accountability, export and migration at the end of service.

Starting point

from PLN 1,000 net / month

Price follows risk, scope and response requirements

A plan may cover application care alone or managed hosting too. A larger development pool, critical system, on-call support or guaranteed SLA requires a separate estimate.

A base plan may include

  • an agreed request channel and history
  • monitoring, backups and updates within the written scope
  • a fixed pool for minor changes or consultation
  • monthly review of completed work and priorities

The proposal defines exact scope, response, SLA, hosting, backup retention, limits, notice and migration. Without an express term, AERIX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular SLA.

Care plans

Three plans — from technical continuity to running the whole brand presence

Each plan includes everything in the one below it. The figures are entry points for a site of typical scale; the final plan, hour pool and response time are confirmed in the proposal after a technical review.

Care · Core

from PLN 1,000 net / month

Technical continuity alone: the site runs, stays current and can be restored.

  • AERIX-managed hosting, certificate, deployments and a preview environment
  • availability monitoring with alerting
  • backups held off the production server, with stated retention and periodic restore tests
  • framework and dependency updates in maintenance windows, with key-path testing
  • a fixed pool for minor changes plus a periodic report
Response time1 business day

Care · Growth

from PLN 2,900 net / month

The site as an active channel: measured, developed and visible in search.

Everything in the plan below, plus:

  • Search Console, analytics and Bing Webmaster run by us — the accounts stay yours
  • a larger hour pool for changes, content and small features
  • recurring editorial material in every language of the site, with structured data
  • care for the AI assistant where the site has one: conversation review, knowledge updates, lead quality
  • Google Business Profile management and a monthly report with recommendations
Response time4 business hours

Care · Brand

from PLN 5,400 net / month

The full brand presence — website and channels handled by one team.

Everything in the plan below, plus:

  • social profile management: content plan, asset production and publishing
  • comment and message moderation on business days, in the agreed tone and scope
  • the largest hour pool for website development
  • one narrative and one set of facts across the site, the business profile and the channels
  • a report connecting site traffic, search performance and publishing results
Response time2 business hours

Net prices for B2B engagements, billed monthly. Unused hours do not roll over unless the proposal says otherwise. A higher plan is not an SLA — guaranteed availability, incident priorities and restoration targets are quoted separately.

Modules

What we add alongside a plan

Modules attach to any care plan. The proposal defines each one — volume of material, channels, languages, approval deadlines and service hours — while the rules for running channels and publishing sit in their own part of our engagement terms.

Social media management
Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or LinkedIn: a content plan for approval, assets built from client material, publishing and basic moderation. The accounts stay yours; we work through partner access.
from PLN 1,800 net / month
Editorial material
An additional article or guide in every language of the site, with structured data, artwork and placement inside the existing content structure.
from PLN 900 net
Google Ads and Meta Ads
Setup, management and optimisation inside the client's own ad account. Media spend is settled directly with the platform.
from PLN 1,200 net / month
Photo and video production
A session at the client's premises or showroom — source material for the site, the portfolio and the channels. Without it we work only with client-supplied assets.
individual estimate
Guaranteed SLA
Defined availability, incident priorities, first-response time and a restoration target — together with the redundancy and on-call duty such a guarantee requires.

FAQ

AERIX Care FAQs

Can AERIX host the website from day one?

Yes. The domain remains the client's, while AERIX can provide and administer infrastructure as an ongoing service. The proposal states the fee, parameters, monitoring, backups, updates, support and migration rules.

Does the plan include unlimited changes?

No. A plan has a defined pool or work catalogue so cost and priority remain visible. Larger features receive a separate scope and estimate; unused hours roll over only where the proposal expressly says so.

Do you provide an SLA and 24/7 support?

Only where specific parameters are written and priced in the proposal. A default plan does not imply an SLA, around-the-clock on-call duty or uninterrupted availability.

What do we receive when managed hosting ends?

Once outstanding fees are settled, we provide the agreed project export and client-owned access. Migration, new-infrastructure configuration and additional assistance are billed as defined in the proposal.

Can you take over a website built by another supplier?

Usually, but we first audit code, infrastructure, licences, access, backups and known issues. We estimate baseline remediation before offering a safe ongoing care plan.

Do you run social media as well?

Yes, as a care module rather than a separate agency. Profiles and ad accounts stay owned by the client and we work through partner access, never by signing in with your password. We publish only material approved in the content plan, and we do not guarantee reach: we are accountable for the work done and we report the data.

Which plan should we choose?

Core if the site simply has to run and stay current. Growth if it should also be measured and developed — the most common choice. Brand if you want to hand over the channels too and have one team behind the site, the business profile and social media.

Define who owns the website after release.

Share the technology, hosting and expected change level. We will propose a care plan with explicit scope, response and exit rules.
