Operate · Protect · Improve

After launch, the website still has a process owner.

AERIX Care puts maintenance, hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and development into one agreed operating model. The client knows what is included, where a request goes and how it is prioritised.

Business outcome

Continuity instead of reacting only after an outage

A well-operated website has a known owner, a current technical state and a controlled way to ship changes.

01

One place for accountability

Requests, priorities, change history and decisions do not disappear in private messages or between several suppliers.

02

Lower technical risk

Monitoring, backups, updates and deployment control reduce detection time and support safe recovery.

03

Growth without a restart

A standing backlog improves content, SEO, conversion and functions iteratively, using evidence and genuine needs.

Fit

Who AERIX Care is for

The plan is a natural extension of an AERIX delivery. We can also take over another site after a technical audit and access clean-up.

  • the website is an active sales or customer-service channel
  • the team regularly publishes, changes the offer or runs campaigns
  • nobody internally owns updates, backups and monitoring
  • small improvements should not require a new project every time
  • AERIX should manage hosting under explicit migration rules

Scope

A scope matched to risk and change frequency

Not every plan includes everything. The proposal names the pool, request channel, maintenance windows, hosting parameters, backups, monitoring and any SLA.

Module 01

Managed hosting

Infrastructure, deployment, technical domains, SSL and configuration — where included.

Module 02

Monitoring

Availability, application errors, certificates, core performance signals and alerts.

Module 03

Backup & recovery

Schedule, retention, location and restoration procedure defined for the project.

Module 04

Updates

Dependencies, CMS, security fixes, controlled deployments and regression checks.

Module 05

Changes & growth

Hour pool, backlog, priorities, comments and a history of completed requests.

Module 06

Reporting

Service state, completed work, plan usage and the next risks and opportunities.

Process

Care begins by clarifying accountability

Taking over a site without understanding access, backups and dependencies merely transfers risk. Onboarding is therefore a separate, closed stage.

  1. 011–3 days

    Inventory

Domain, hosting, repository, accounts, licences, backups and owners.

  2. 023–7 days

    Technical onboarding

Access, monitoring, backup, environments, alerts and baseline state.

  3. 03monthly

    Care & backlog

Updates, requests, development and priority communication.

  4. 04periodic

    Review

Report, risk, plan usage and recommendations for what comes next.

Transparent operating rules

Two hosting models. The domain and data still belong to the client.

Clients may keep infrastructure in their own account or ask AERIX to manage hosting. Our engagement terms explain access, accountability, export and migration at the end of service.

Price follows risk, scope and response requirements

A plan may cover application care alone or managed hosting too. A larger development pool, critical system, on-call support or guaranteed SLA requires a separate estimate.

A base plan may include

  • an agreed request channel and history
  • monitoring, backups and updates within the written scope
  • a fixed pool for minor changes or consultation
  • monthly review of completed work and priorities

The proposal defines exact scope, response, SLA, hosting, backup retention, limits, notice and migration. Without an express term, AERIX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular SLA.

FAQ

AERIX Care FAQs

Can AERIX host the website from day one?

Yes. The domain remains the client's, while AERIX can provide and administer infrastructure as an ongoing service. The proposal states the fee, parameters, monitoring, backups, updates, support and migration rules.

Does the plan include unlimited changes?

No. A plan has a defined pool or work catalogue so cost and priority remain visible. Larger features receive a separate scope and estimate; unused hours roll over only where the proposal expressly says so.

Do you provide an SLA and 24/7 support?

Only where specific parameters are written and priced in the proposal. A default plan does not imply an SLA, around-the-clock on-call duty or uninterrupted availability.

What do we receive when managed hosting ends?

Once outstanding fees are settled, we provide the agreed project export and client-owned access. Migration, new-infrastructure configuration and additional assistance are billed as defined in the proposal.

Can you take over a website built by another supplier?

Usually, but we first audit code, infrastructure, licences, access, backups and known issues. We estimate baseline remediation before offering a safe ongoing care plan.

Define who owns the website after release.

Share the technology, hosting and expected change level. We will propose a care plan with explicit scope, response and exit rules.
